  3. ARRANGE & ACCOMPANY VIEWINGS (outside normal office hours if required, we recognise most people have busy lives!)
  4. ADVISE & ASSIST you in your search, drawing on our local knowledge and market experience to guide you through every aspect of the transaction.

What You Need To Know

  • When you have found a property that you wish to rent and terms have been agreed, you will need to provide us with a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent to secure the property whilst referencing takes place.
  • We use an independent referencing company and a small fee is charged for each person referenced.
  • In addition there is an Administration Fee to cover collation and preparation of documentation.
  • Prior to move in we will need (in cleared funds) 1 calendar months rent & 6 weeks Deposit (minus the 1 week holding deposit)
